That’s the moment Connect Fund creates. These are the messages we get to send and they are life-changing. With access to care, everything else—confidence, relationships, education, work—can finally begin to bloom.

In the 2025 funding cycle, the Connect Fund approved 33 applicants, followed by 45 additional approvals in April 2026. Below is what approved applicants have shared with us about the impact Connect Fund support has had on their lives:

I was approved in advance of my surgery, and was able to send the surgeon a letter from Connect Fund, allowing them to confirm the surgery would be at no cost to me, out of pocket. The most significant barrier to surgery for me has always been financial, so I was overjoyed to receive financial aid. Knowing that I could show up and be taken home from surgery with no financial obstacle took such a massive weight off my shoulders and majorly reduced my anxieties."
