The Connect Fund can change all that.
We pay for care for those who need it. If your application is successful, The Connect Fund will send funds directly to your care provider.
Our current partners include Women's College Hospital Transition-Related Surgery Program, GraceMed Plastic Surgery, Mount Sinai Hospital Fertility Clinic, Foria Clinic, Bluebird Laser and Affirming Care Pharmacy.
We will fund expenses including:
- Private hormone appointments
- Surgery costs not covered by the public system
- Post-surgical supplies
- Sperm and egg freezing
- Facial hair removal
- Mental health services
- Private surgery assessments
